My works is for personal / private / individual use only. Commercial use will have +50% of the total price and Company use will have 2-3x of the total price

As the artists I still maintain all and absolute rights to My works (publishing on our socials, portfolios, artbooks). If you don't want me to post your art, please pay for the copyrights (same as commercial use)

when you buy my copyrights I can no longer publish it as my portfolio in my website or any social media.

You cannot claim my art or designs as your own. Please be sure to credit me when posting it on other sites.

You will only receive the digital art file. Not the printed art.

You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes. Doing so will get you permanently banned.

Everytime you make an order, you have to pay 10% of the price rest of the payment can be paid after sketch.

Full or half payment must be sent after sketch approval. If there’s no payment made, I’ll not continue the commission.

Theres no refund unless I didn't give any commission progress for 3 months.

Commission's completion for illustration is 4-10 days after sketch.

Personal use means the artwork won't generate any kind of profit. Using it as wallpaper/avatar in non-profit sites (Deviantart, Toyhouse, Twitter, Instagram, etc), printing for yourself (not for selling) is personal use.

Commercial use is any use that could generate income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains, such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes, etc) or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc). Please note commissions for VTuber characters count as commercial use if my work is used as a streaming asset or to market in any kind of way.

Vtuber design model will have different price for commercial, if the design of the character you ordered/commised will be use as vtuber model/L2D (for example : client order some full body character with custom design from the original design and will be used as a model Vtuber/L2D in the future),

You can order a rush commission when you want to skip the waitlist and get the commissions done by a deadline.

Make any changes to the design you see fit, including (but not limited to) changing things like colors, gender, clothing, body shape, or adding things like scars/tattoos/piercings.

Use the adopted character in any personal project, art, RPG, tabletop game, worldbuilding or story you'd like. You may also use them as character art in a streamed tabletop game (even for profit) as long as the art is properly credited.

Gift, trade, or resell this character if you no longer want them. If you have drawn or commissioned additional artwork of them - you may add the value of those art pieces to the sale price should you choose to sell them.

Claim the original art as your own.

Duplicate/edit the art with intent to sell the results as your own or as part of your own product.

Profit off the use of this art (example: using it as a mascot or face of a commercial project or logo, printing merchandize, or including the art in a book/resource pack with intent to sell.)

you can purchase commercial use authorization for your adopt.

Price for purchasing commercial for adoptable will cost + 50% from its original price for a full character design.

AUTO BUY is included with commercial use

After purchase, you may use your design commercially be it for Vtuber models, books, comics, games, merchandise, etc.

This authorization is not transferable.

You may not gift/trade/resell this authorization to a new user.

You may not raise the resell price of an adopt if you decide to purchase commercial use authorization and then decide to get rid of the adopt later.
